Our manager really is the business
State the obvious I know , but what a star.

His signings have been outstanding , tactically astute , bags of charisma.

If the board continue to back him we going to be in for a hell of ride.

Just wasted to get a bilic appreciation thread on the go , so refreshing

I suspect he's still concerned at how we're going to fit Payet into number 10.

That so called issue has been bothering him all sesson.

What are your concerns Alex?

Re: Our manager really is the business
As much as it would be easy to be swept away in the euphoric tide, I am with Alex on this one. One need only cast their mind back to the early days of the Icelandic tenure to see how we all subscribed to such 'new era' hyperbole to see what we may be communally being caught up in here.

That said, I can't remember a day out at Upton Park that I enjoyed as much as Saturday since the Redknapp era...

What is wrong with having independent thoughts?

Dear God, Alex V trying so desperately hard to be a man of independent thought once again...

Give it a rest, mate... Christ...

Re: Our manager really is the business
The team look like they are loving playing for him. Passion, skill, freedom, all the things you didnt see under tubby.
Ginge said he hasnt seen such a good atmosphere in the dressing room and they are playing with smiles on their faces.

Look at Zarate, blokes got the bit between his teeth and is throwing in some good performances.

I'm loving the Bilic effect, but im realistic, there will be hiccups but we now have a quality side and Manager and im enjoying watching the footie again.

Re: Our manager really is the business
Have you seen this board go spurstastic!!!

Winning the league, top 4 etc...

He has a big squad spent 30m+ it's going to be a disappointed to Finnish below 8th and I'm sure the daves are thinking the same

I'm really impressed with him. What I particularly like is his respect for the traditions of the club.

Re: Our manager really is the business
Romford under pressure by who to finish top 8 at least ?

Romfordboy 4:15 Mon Oct 26
Re: Our manager really is the business
Yes I do like bilic his interviews are great...

But he has been backed with transfer funds and a big squad... He is under pressure to deliver top 8 atleast

Far Cough 4:08 Mon Oct 26
Re: Our manager really is the business
Clearly Bilic has some great attributes but I think his team especially the Phil Spector look a likey, Jurcevic? has been a great addition also

Re: Our manager really is the business
Depends, V. There's still plenty of room to discuss footballing matters.

In terms of the sheer class of the man, there is no debate.

Alex V 4:05 Mon Oct 26
Re: Our manager really is the business
It feels almost impossible to discuss this issue or anything else about the club at the moment. Anything rational that falls short of euphoria would just be treated as heresy.

Re: Our manager really is the business
Despite English not being his mother tongue he articulates better than most of us!

That aside, he's been amazing so far and long may it continue.
